Plan the Operating Arrangement
Feed the contaminated fluid to the centrifugal separation stage, return clarified liquid to the circuit and retain separated solids for manual removal. Manual discharge means the operator must plan a solids-removal routine; this is a different arrangement from the automatic-discharge VC models.
Plan the treatment circuit
Check feed and return positions, piping and the existing sump arrangement. Avoid assuming that the processing-flow rating establishes the time needed to reach a particular fluid-quality target.
Inspect accumulated solids
The 4.5 L solids capacity describes the collection capacity, not a fixed time between cleaning operations. Solids generation and the condition of the deposit affect the required routine.
Remove solids safely
Stop and isolate the machine before opening the solids chamber. Follow the shutdown and cleaning procedure in the operating manual.

Constrained installation space
Describe the existing tank, obstructions and maintenance access. A custom enclosure or arrangement does not automatically change flow, separation performance or fluid compatibility.
The 125 kg weight is a reference value. Confirm final dimensions, weight, electrical options and modifications in the quotation and approved drawing.

Confirm the Custom Build in the Approved Drawing
Send a dimensioned installation sketch showing the sump, connection heights, obstructions and the space available for solids removal. Request confirmation of the proposed cabinet arrangement, support method, electrical requirements and service access.
Dimensions are customised, with a reference weight of 125 kg. Record the final dimensions and weight in the quotation and approved drawing. Confirm each requested modification individually; a custom layout does not automatically increase flow, extend the temperature range or change separation performance.
