01 · Feed and separate
Feed the contaminated fluid at a controlled rate. Suitable suspended solids collect in the rotating bowl while separated fluid returns to the circuit.
02 · Plan the cleaning interval
Check accumulated solids against the 4.5 L capacity and actual loading. Cleaning frequency depends on the process, not a fixed schedule for every plant.
03 · Stop, isolate and clean
Stop the separator, isolate the energy supply and follow the approved access and cooling procedure before removing collected solids. Never open the bowl while it is rotating.

Temperature and fluid
VC-30T is rated for 0–110 °C. VC-30P and VC-30C are rated for 0–80 °C. Confirm fluid compatibility and safe handling conditions for your application.

Check the installation footprint, inlet and return connections, and clearance for manual cleaning. VC-30C dimensions are confirmed per project.
