One-piece enclosure
An integrated outer cabinet provides a different equipment layout for buyers who prefer the enclosed configuration. Review the actual cabinet and access arrangement against your plant requirements.
High-G solids separation in a one-piece enclosed cabinet. The VC-600E combines 8,000 rpm operation with automatic sludge discharge for compatible industrial coolant and oil circuits.

The VC-600E is the enclosed alternative to the VC-600. Both models share the same stated separation force, rotational speed, maximum flow and solids capacity. The reason to consider the E model is its one-piece cabinet arrangement, rather than a higher separation rating.

The specified 8,000 rpm and 6,500 G match the VC-600. The cabinet does not establish a better particle-removal result; that depends on the fluid and solids being separated.
The VC-600E is 1,550 mm high, 1,010 mm deep and 830 mm wide, with a stated weight of 360 kg. Allow additional space for connections, service access and sludge handling.

Contaminated fluid enters the rotating separation chamber. Centrifugal force moves separable solids toward the collection surface, while clarified liquid returns to the process circuit. Automatic discharge removes accumulated sludge as part of the operating cycle.
Arrange the feed from a suitable collection point in the sump. Confirm the pumping conditions, fluid compatibility and expected temperature before connecting the unit.
Plan the outlet route to the receiving tank. The inlet is DN20 and the outlet is DN65; installation requirements must be checked against the actual piping layout.
Provide a suitable collection arrangement for the separated solids and an accessible route for disposal. Automatic discharge still requires inspection and routine maintenance.
The process uses centrifugal separation rather than a disposable filter element. It does not make the system maintenance-free, and it does not remove the need to manage sludge, clean the equipment or maintain the coolant chemistry.
Maximum flow and recommended flow are different operating references. Use the recommended 40 L/min as the starting point for application review; do not treat 60 L/min as a guaranteed treatment rate for every fluid.
| Discharge mode | Automatic sludge discharge |
|---|---|
| Maximum processing flow | 60 L/min |
| Recommended flow | 40 L/min |
| Rotational speed | 8,000 rpm |
| Separation force | 6,500 G |
| Solids capacity | 2 L |
| Total power | 2.29 kW |
| Inlet connection | DN20 |
| Outlet connection | DN65 |
| Air pressure range | 0.4–0.6 MPa |
| Operating temperature | 0–80°C |
| Dimensions (H × D × W) | 1,550 × 1,010 × 830 mm |
| Weight | 360 kg |
Dimensions are listed as height × depth × width. Confirm the electrical supply, frequency, control options and installation requirements in the quotation before ordering.
Consider the VC-600E where a production circuit carries suspended solids that can be separated from the liquid by centrifugation. The cabinet preference is only one part of selection. The fluid viscosity, operating temperature, particle properties and contamination load determine whether the separation process fits.
Assess the actual abrasive or metallic fines in the coolant. A representative sample is more useful than selecting equipment from the industry name alone.
Review grinding coolant filtration →Review lubricant viscosity and the iron fines or coating residue generated in the process. Confirm the required circulation and sludge handling arrangement.
Review cold heading oil filtration →Define the solids problem and the intended fluid-quality target before specifying the machine. Compare the sample before and after treatment.
Review fines removal →Centrifugal solids separation does not restore exhausted coolant additives or remove dissolved contaminants. Free tramp oil, stable emulsions and biological contamination require their own assessment and may call for additional treatment.
Choose between these two models by the required cabinet arrangement and installation space. Their rated separation specifications are the same. If the process needs more circulation flow or more solids capacity, assess a different model rather than expecting the E enclosure to change those limits.

Check the available floor space together with the service envelope, rather than using the cabinet dimensions alone. Provide access to the operating controls, maintenance points and sludge collection area. Confirm the permitted access procedure and shutdown requirements with the supplied operating manual.
Supply the sump volume, existing pump arrangement, fluid type and expected operating temperature. Include a sketch of the proposed feed and return locations.
Confirm compressed air within the specified 0.4–0.6 MPa range. State the site voltage and frequency so electrical compatibility can be reviewed for the quotation.
Agree inspection and cleaning requirements for the actual solids load. Confirm any noise, ingress-protection or hazardous-area requirements for the selected build.
Request cabinet-access details and the final installation drawing to check service clearances before ordering.
The enclosure does not imply improved particle removal. The VC-600E and VC-600 share the stated 6,500 G separation force; sample behavior determines the achievable result.
Maximum processing flow is 60 L/min; recommended flow is 40 L/min. Confirm the operating rate for your fluid viscosity, solids load and treatment target.
The stated operating range is 0–80°C. Supply the actual oil temperature and composition for compatibility review; do not apply a different model’s temperature rating to the VC-600E.
Send the fluid type, sump volume, operating temperature, contamination description, target circulation rate, available utilities and installation space. A representative sample can help establish the appropriate configuration.
Send your application details and available installation space. We can review whether the VC-600E enclosure and high-G separation specification fit your process, or whether another model should be considered.
