Filterless Solid-Liquid Separation
The VC-30P separates denser suspended solids from process fluid by centrifugal force. It does not require disposable paper rolls, bags or cartridges for the separation step.
1. Connect
Position the trolley at the target sump and connect the fluid circuit according to the installation and operating procedure.
2. Separate
Contaminated fluid enters the rotating separation section. Separable solids migrate outward while clarified fluid leaves the unit.
3. Clean
Collected solids are removed manually at a safe service interval determined by the contamination load and operating conditions.

What to Confirm Before Using a Mobile Unit
Portability solves a layout and utilization problem, but it does not remove the need for application sizing. Before selecting the VC-30P, confirm the fluid type, viscosity, temperature, tank volume, contaminant type, estimated solids loading and desired cleaning frequency.
Centrifugal separation is intended for separable solid contamination. It is not a universal solution for tramp oil, bacteria, dissolved contamination or degraded coolant chemistry. Representative sample testing is recommended when particle behavior is uncertain.

Plan Movement, Connection and Cleaning Before Production Use
A wheeled centrifuge is useful only when the workshop has a repeatable method for moving and connecting it. Treat each sump as a defined service point rather than improvising a temporary hose arrangement every time the unit is moved.
Prepare Each Service Point
Confirm a stable operating position, suitable hose routing, adequate access and a compatible electrical supply. The trolley should be secured against unintended movement before the pump and centrifuge are started. Keep hoses away from walkways, hot surfaces and moving machine parts.
Avoid Cross-Contamination
When one unit serves different machines, check whether the fluids may be mixed. Drain or clean the transfer circuit when required by the process. Do not move residual oil, coolant chemistry or solids from one sump into another without reviewing compatibility.
Establish a Service Interval
Inspect the collected solids frequently during initial use. Record operating time, the sump served and the material removed. These observations help establish a practical cleaning schedule before the 4.5 L solids capacity is reached.
Movement should take place with the machine stopped and isolated, using the approved handling procedure. Portable does not mean the unit can be disconnected while running. Allow for safe shutdown, draining and cleaning, and verify that the floor condition and route are suitable for a 200 kg industrial machine.
A portable arrangement is generally most useful for scheduled side-stream cleaning. If a sump produces solids continuously at a high rate, or if operators would need to move the unit too often, a dedicated installation or an automatic sludge-discharge system may be more practical. The decision should be based on contamination load and required operator attention, not portability alone.

Can the VC-30P be moved between different machines?
That is the main purpose of its trolley-mounted configuration. Each connection point and fluid should still be reviewed for compatibility before the unit is moved into service.
Is the VC-30P automatic sludge discharge?
No. It is a manual-discharge centrifuge. Collected solids are removed during a planned service interval.
What is the maximum confirmed operating temperature?
The approved specification for the VC-30P is 0–80°C. For applications up to 110°C, review the VC-30T high-temperature configuration.
Does portable mean small enough to carry by hand?
No. The VC-30P weighs 200 kg. “Portable” refers to its trolley-mounted, wheeled configuration for movement within an industrial facility.
