Centrifuge Maintenance and Spare Parts Support

Identify wear parts, plan routine inspection and send complete service information so the correct component and technical response can be confirmed for your machine.

Before contacting supportPrepare the equipment model, serial information, operating hours, voltage and clear photographs or video of the condition.
01 · Start with the request type

What Support Do You Need?

Centrifuge maintenance and spare parts requests move faster when the issue is classified before technical review. Use the closest route below and include the information requested later on this page. A precise request is especially important when equipment has been modified, moved to another line or connected to a different pump and sump. Those changes can alter the diagnosis even when the machine model has not changed.

PARTS

Spare-Parts Identification

Use the machine model, serial information and component photographs to confirm compatibility before ordering.

MAINTENANCE

Operating Condition Review

Share noise, vibration, leakage, alarm, discharge behaviour or cleaning observations with operating hours and recent changes.

INSTALLATION

Remote Commissioning Support

Provide piping, pump, electrical and site photographs before the call so the system arrangement can be reviewed efficiently.

Do not order a bearing, seal, scraper or electrical component from appearance alone. Similar-looking parts may differ by model, production revision, voltage or connection specification.

02 · Wear-parts list

Recommended Centrifuge Spare Parts

The correct spare-parts list depends on the centrifuge model, serial information, fluid, solids and operating schedule. Stock status is confirmed when the request is reviewed. Parts are coordinated from the factory supply chain in China; the shipping origin, packing method and dispatch estimate are stated in the quotation. A recommended plant stock should prioritise parts that can stop production, parts exposed to routine wear and model-specific components that are difficult to obtain locally. The final kit should reflect the number of machines and planned maintenance window.

Bowl Seal

Inspect for leakage, swelling, hardening or damage. Confirm material and dimensions by machine record.

Bearing Kit

Review noise, vibration and operating condition before replacement. Do not assume a fixed life across all fluids and duty cycles.

Discharge Valve

Check movement, sealing and blockage when discharge timing or solids flow becomes irregular.

Sludge Scraper

Inspect wear profile, clearance and fastening. Compatibility must match the automatic discharge assembly.

Tubular Bowl

A critical rotating component. Replacement or repair assessment requires model, serial information and condition photographs.

Pump & Electrical Parts

Confirm voltage, frequency, motor data, pump duty and component label before selecting a replacement.

Service-life statement: no universal bearing, seal or scraper life is published because contamination, temperature, balance, cleaning practice and operating hours change the result. The equipment manual and condition inspection determine the replacement interval.

Suggested on-site stock strategy: begin with the model-specific bowl seal, bearing kit and discharge-valve items identified in the machine record. Plants with several centrifuges may also review scraper parts, sensors, pump components and electrical items according to commonality across the installed fleet. Separate genuine standby parts from used parts removed during maintenance, label every item with its compatible model and store seals away from heat, sunlight, oil contamination and deformation. Review stock after each planned shutdown and before a long production campaign. This approach does not guarantee that every failure can be repaired from site stock, but it reduces avoidable delay caused by an unidentified or unavailable routine wear part.

03 · Maintenance rhythm

Build the Maintenance Schedule Around Operating Condition

A maintenance schedule should follow the model manual and the actual fluid circuit. The framework below helps organise inspections, but it does not replace the machine-specific instructions supplied with the equipment. Start with a conservative inspection frequency after commissioning, record the observed condition and extend or shorten the interval only when the service record supports that decision. A change in fluid, temperature, machine count or solids loading should trigger another review.

BEFORE OPERATION

Basic Condition Check

Check guards, fasteners, visible leakage, piping, fluid level, discharge path and unusual residue. Confirm that the work area and service clearance are safe.

DURING OPERATION

Observe Changes

Record new noise, vibration, temperature, flow, alarm and discharge behaviour. Stop and follow the manual if an abnormal condition creates a safety concern.

REGULAR INSPECTION

Clean and Inspect

Inspect the bowl area, scraper, seal, discharge outlet and accessible connections. Adjust frequency when solids loading or fluid condition changes.

PLANNED SHUTDOWN

Preventive Review

Review bearing condition, electrical connections, pump condition, wear parts and accumulated service records before the next production period.

Why no universal interval is listedA centrifuge processing low-solids coolant for one shift does not have the same inspection demand as a hot oil circuit or a three-shift line with abrasive fines. Use operating hours and condition records to refine the schedule.
04 · Cleaning and inspection

Prepare the Machine Before Opening or Cleaning

Follow the equipment manual and site lockout procedure before opening a guard or accessing a rotating assembly. Isolate electrical and fluid energy, allow rotating parts to stop completely and confirm the work area is safe.

  1. Document the condition. Photograph the sludge pattern, leakage point, alarm or damaged component before cleaning.
  2. Remove contamination carefully. Use methods compatible with the fluid, seals and component materials; do not damage a precision surface.
  3. Inspect after cleaning. Check wear, looseness, cracks, scoring, seal condition, scraper clearance and blocked passages.
  4. Reassemble and verify. Follow the manual for fastening, alignment, guards and start-up checks before returning to production.

Never improvise a rotating-component repair from photographs alone. A tubular bowl or other critical rotating part requires technical assessment before reuse.

Cleaning records are useful technical evidence. Record operating hours, fluid type, solids condition, the part inspected and any measurement or photograph taken. A repeatable record makes it easier to distinguish normal contamination from a developing mechanical issue.

05 · Parts identification

Information Required for a Spare-Parts Request

A complete request reduces the risk of supplying a part for the wrong model revision. If the original label is unreadable, send multiple photographs with dimensions rather than guessing the component code.

Equipment model and serial informationOriginal order or delivery reference, if availableClear component photographs and labelPart position on the machineVoltage and frequency for electrical itemsFluid, temperature and contaminationObserved symptom and operating hoursRequired quantity and destination country

Availability, packing and shipment

Wear-part availability is checked against the machine record. Compatible bowl seals, bearing kits and discharge valves may be available from stock, while a critical assembly or model-specific part may require production or technical confirmation. The quotation states the confirmed item, quantity, packing, shipping origin and dispatch estimate.

Export documentation can be prepared for the shipment, but customs clearance, local duty, transport time and final delivery depend on the destination and agreed shipping terms.

06 · Warranty and service boundary

What the Support Review Can Confirm

Warranty periods and commercial coverage are not standardised on this webpage. The binding terms are the signed quotation, order documents and equipment records for the specific machine. Keep the quotation, packing list, commissioning record and maintenance history with the machine file. These documents help separate a compatibility question, normal wear, installation issue and possible manufacturing defect without relying on memory or an incomplete photograph.

No automatic coverage assumption

A component is not treated as a warranty claim solely because it failed during service. The equipment record, cause, operating condition and signed terms must be reviewed.

No universal response-time promise

Response timing depends on complete case information, time zone, issue severity and technical availability. The support channel and next action are confirmed after the request is received.

No overseas service-network claim

Remote review is the current standard support route. On-site service availability, travel, cost and schedule must be confirmed separately for each destination.

07 · Remote technical support

Make the Remote Review Useful

Remote commissioning and maintenance support can be arranged by video call. Send the information first so the engineer can review the model, system arrangement and symptoms before the session. A stable camera view, adequate lighting and a second person at the machine can make the call more useful. The person on site must remain responsible for local safety procedures, energy isolation and deciding whether the equipment can be operated during the review.
